Five local artists will showcase their artwork at the Paoli Art in the Park event. The show, presented by the Southern Wisconsin Art Guild (SWAG), lasts two days: from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 3 and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 4.

Ann Kleckner, Jillian Cori-Lippert, Rob Igl, Andrew Eveland and Kim Manny-Brown will all have their work displayed at the fine arts fair and are familiar to the Oregon area. Kleckner and Cori-Lippert are both glass artists, focusing on fused glass and glass mosaics respectively. Igl creates metal sculptures out of common household items. Eveland specializes in expressionist paintings. Manny-Brown makes “eclectic, handcrafted” jewelry.

SWAG describes Paoli as a “mecca” for art and history, a suitable location for the organization that seeks to support artists of all mediums. At Paoli Art in the Park, attendees can expect to see local and regional artists showcasing original works in forms like wood, glass, jewelry, painting, fiber, photography, ceramics and metal sculpture. Additionally, the organization notes that many of the participating artists have been included in premier shows like the Madison Art Fair on the Square, Agora Art Fair and the Spring Green Art Fair.
